What Is Health Management?
Health Management is a lifestyle that helps you improve your physical, mental, and emotional health. Simply put, it is looking after your health, and adopting better habits that can help lower the risk of health problems, such as: diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, and sleep apnea. Recent studies have shown a correlation between obesity and unhealthy habits and a higher risk of cancer.
If you already have any of these conditions, my customized diet takes your medical condition into consideration, which will dramatically improve your overall health.
Health Management Recommendation
The diet plans that I recommend are based on natural food, such as: vegetables, fruits, whole grains, nuts, beans, fish, and good fats. These are proven to reduce the risk of certain health conditions. However, for people who have diabetes, I will be focusing on good fats, fibers, and protein to lower glycemia or HBA1C.
In the end, whatever your medical case is, I focus on a positive and practical approach rather than on the idea of omitting certain categories of food to make it sustainable in the long term.
