What is your cancellation policy?
Your appointment will start at your scheduled time. Please notify me at least 24 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. Failure to do so will result in one session deduction from your nutrition package (waived for the first instance). You must use all nutrition sessions within six months of your initial appointment. If you wish to cancel your nutrition program within 30 days of your first appointment, we will issue a 50% refund—no refunds after 30 days.
Should I stay on a diet to keep the weight loss for my whole life?
You acquire healthy habits during the weight loss that will help you maintain your new weight. While the weight loss could sometimes be strict, a maintenance diet is always flexible and becomes a convenient lifestyle for each person.
How can I take my measurements or know if I am losing fat?
I will send you a document to show you how to take your proper measurements, which is the prime indicator of fat loss. However, you can find body composition machines frequently in pharmacies or gyms, or if you would like to invest in a portable one that could be affordable and useful.
Should I take my weight every day?
Taking your weight should be done once a week, not more, and within the same conditions.

How do virtual appointments work?
I use Zoom and Google Meet for video chat appointments, depending on your convenience. I will send you the link once I receive the payment split. You can log in using your computer, mobile, or any smart device with an internet connection on one of these two Apps.
Can I purchase a single session?
Following a customized diet plan and building new healthy habits requires consistency, accountability, and follow-up. For that reason, I only offer single sessions to clients who have already completed any of the Programs under the Packages and Rates page. However, smaller packages are available. Please send me an email with more information on firstname.lastname@example.org.

Do I need to prepare anything before my session?
It is best to complete our Online Patient Questionnaire bit.ly/OnlinePatientQuestionnaire and list all the questions you may have in advance.
Do you make your clients track their food?
I do not believe in counting, weighing, or measuring anything — not calories, macros, or grams. However, if you feel like sharing your journal, my digital food journal is available to download here …….. You can upload a picture of the journal through WhatsApp or send it by email on email@example.com; I will review your entries daily, giving you real-time feedback on what you’re eating and offering actionable suggestions.
